Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones), epidemics or pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or regulations, power failures, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, strikes or industrial action, and any other events that are reasonably beyond the control of the Authority.

9.3. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Authority shall make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and to communicate any disruptions through available channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the KKD eServices Authority, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • (a) Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Portal;
  • (b) Any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the Portal;
  • (c) Any content obtained from the Portal;
