Public Notices
Overview
The Public Notices section serves as the official channel for disseminating government notifications, circulars, orders, tenders, and announcements issued by the KKD eServices Authority and its affiliated departments. All official communications published through this section are considered duly notified and carry the same legal standing as notifications published through traditional gazette channels.
Citizens, businesses, contractors, and other stakeholders are advised to regularly check this section for important updates that may affect their rights, obligations, or interests. The KKD eServices Authority also provides notification subscription services to ensure that interested parties receive timely alerts about new publications.
Types of Notices
General Notices
General notices pertain to matters of public interest such as changes in service delivery procedures, revised office timings, holiday announcements, policy modifications, and important administrative updates. These notices are applicable to all citizens and stakeholders.
Circulars
Circulars are issued to communicate specific instructions, guidelines, or policy clarifications to departments, offices, and functionaries. While primarily intended for internal communication, circulars affecting public services or citizen rights are published here for transparency. Office Orders
Office orders relate to administrative matters including transfers, postings, delegation of powers, committee formations, and procedural changes within the authority. Orders that impact service delivery or citizen interaction are published for public information.
Tender Notifications
Tender notifications announce procurement opportunities, request for proposals (RFPs), expression of interest (EOI), and contract awards. All tenders above the prescribed threshold are mandatorily published on the portal in compliance with public procurement guidelines.
Recruitment Notices
Recruitment notices advertise vacancies within the KKD eServices Authority and its departments, including details on eligibility criteria, application procedures, examination schedules, and result announcements.

How to Subscribe for Notifications
Citizens and stakeholders can subscribe to receive automatic notifications whenever new notices are published. The following subscription options are available:
- Email Subscription: Register your email address on the portal to receive email alerts for new notices. You can choose to receive all notices or filter by category (General, Circulars, Tenders, Recruitment).
- SMS Alerts: Subscribe to SMS notifications by sending "SUBSCRIBE KKD" to 56161. You will receive SMS alerts for all important notices. Standard message rates may apply.
- RSS Feed: The portal provides an RSS feed for notices that can be integrated with your preferred RSS reader or news aggregator for real-time updates.
- Mobile Application: Install the KKD eServices mobile application to receive push notifications for new notices and updates.
To manage your subscription preferences, log in to the portal and navigate to "Notification Settings" under your profile. You can modify the categories, frequency, and channels for notifications at any time.
Archive Access
All notices published on the KKD eServices Portal are archived and remain accessible indefinitely. The archive can be searched by date range, category, department, or keyword. Archived notices retain the same legal validity as current notices unless specifically superseded by a later notification. Citizens conducting historical research or requiring past notices for legal or administrative purposes can access the complete archive through the following pages:

For notices published prior to the launch of the digital portal, citizens may submit a request through the Public Grievance / Helpdesk or file an application under the Right to Information Act.
