How to Access Services
Follow these steps to access services through the KKD eServices portal
Register on the Portal
Create your citizen account by providing your name, contact details, and identity verification. A one-time registration provides access to all available services.
Select the Required Service
Browse the services catalogue or use the search function to find the service you need. Each service page contains eligibility criteria, required documents, and fee details.
Submit Application & Documents
Fill in the application form, upload the required supporting documents, and pay the applicable fee online through the secure payment gateway.
Track & Receive
Track your application in real-time using the reference number. Receive notifications via SMS and email at each stage. Download your approved documents digitally.
Frequently Asked Questions
The portal offers a wide range of public services including certificate applications (birth, death, income, caste, residence), document verification, grievance registration, status tracking, access to public notices, and reports/dashboards. New services are added periodically.
Click the "Register" button on the portal homepage. You will need to provide your full name, mobile number, email address, and a valid identity document (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN). An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for verification. Once verified, your account will be created.
Registration and browsing the portal is free. Some services may have prescribed government fees which are displayed before you submit your application. All payments are processed through a secure government-approved payment gateway. Receipts are generated automatically.
Log into your account and navigate to "My Applications" to view the status of all your submissions. Alternatively, use the "Status Tracking" service on the homepage with your application reference number. SMS and email notifications are also sent at each processing stage.
